Chef Pushkar Marathe gathered knowledge and inspiration from diverse global cooking traditions from the far east of India to the western edge of California. In creating his restaurant, Stage, he continues to nourish his constant inspiration through cooking seasonal and regional cuisine— merging the roots of his home with the fruit of his travels.

The inspiration behind this visual identity stemmed from that idea of growth and connection through interwoven traditions and culinary experiences. Photography played a huge role in telling this story and highlighting these integral techniques and ingredients.
